Absence Policies
In the event a student misses any session or class, they will be allowed to attend the same class in any future seminar presented in the same location. In other words, students attending our classes at a local college can attend future classes at that college and students attending at our facility may re-attend in our location. Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to authorize "make-up sessions" at colleges the student did not originally attend.

In the event that a longer-term personal emergency or illness keeps a participant from attending, and they wish to maintain their relationship with us, class or group memberships may be frozen, and any private member website access will remain available.

Personal Attention to Students
In seminars and classes, every effort will be made to answer questions pertaining to individual situations. Unfortunately, priority must be given to completing the course material before paying in-depth attention to individuals. Participants with extensive questions at seminars should talk to the instructor before, after, or between sessions, and/or sign up for an affinity group or individual coaching.

Removal of Participants
All seminars and groups convene to achieve specific goals. Instructors and group facilitators will make every effort to keep groups on track and focused on its goals. In the unlikely event that any student or group member's behavior is inconsistent with the goals of the group, the participant will be asked privately to modify the behavior. If the problem continues, we reserve the right to ask the participant to leave, and/or to decline to provide further services. Refunds will be provided to any ejected participant on a pro-rated basis.

Privacy

In the course of registering students for a class or group, we collect and maintain basic contact information. As a default, we do not sell, rent, or share that information with anyone. You may be given the option of allowing us to provide your information to other students or group members, and theirs to you. You may also choose to join a group email list. At your option, contact information may be provided to a very limited number of relevant local service providers offering products consistent with your goals.

Third parties such as local college locations may also collect information from you. They are generally respectful of your privacy, but we do not control their use of your personal information.

In the course of group or class discussions, people may reveal personal or business information to the group. We ask that everyone observe the privacy of others. We cannot be held accountable for the disposition of information that other students or members hear from you. Do not reveal sensitive information in a group setting.

Your private business or personal discussions with Eagle Eye and Success Seminars personnel will be held in the strictest confidence.

We reserve the right to use non-identifying statements, statistical analysis, and anecdotal information in our marketing materials.
